Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: February 27, 2026

At Revival of Hope Wellness, we value your time and ours. Because we provide mobile services that require travel and preparation, the following policies apply to all bookings:

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client and adjust our travel route.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of the online deposit of the service price, usually $10.

  • No-Shows: If the therapist arrives at the designated location and the client is not present or available, the full service fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Service Fees: Generally, completed massage services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please communicate this to your massage therapist during the session so we can adjust our approach immediately.

  • Pre-paid Packages: Unused sessions in a pre-paid package may be refunded within [30] days of purchase, minus the cost of any sessions already used (calculated at the full single-session rate).

  • Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value, but they are fully transferable to another person.

3. Therapist Safety & Right to Refuse

  • If the therapist feels unsafe or encounters an inappropriate environment upon arrival at a mobile location, the session will be terminated immediately. In these instances, no refund will be issued, and the full service fee will be retained.

4. Late Arrivals

  • If you are not ready at the scheduled start time, the session will still end at the original scheduled time to ensure the therapist can reach their next mobile client punctually. The full service fee applies.
